Photo Source: Target.comOn my last trip to Target, I spotted Napoleon Perdis' line for Target, NP Set. I loooove loose eyeshadow, and this application looked intriguing. Target actually had samples out that you could try, and the consistency of the eye shadow powder felt really rich, and looked like it would last. I also thought the applicator was really unique, and would make for a very easy application of loose eyeshadow. So I bought it, and I've been wearing it ever since. The only downside is the price....$26 for eyeshadow purchased at the drugstore? Yes, the price point is a bit steep....
